3.1 From Companies (Clients)

- Point of contact name, email, and designation
- Candidate profiles and submissions

- Video resume (where uploaded voluntarily with consent)

6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Between Companies and Vendors — for the purpose of candidate evaluation and hiring
- With Candidates — when a Company or Vendor shares feedback or interview details
- With third-party service providers — who assist us in operating the platform (subject to confidentiality agreements)
- With law enforcement or regulators — when required by law or court order
- In the event of a business transfer — merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (users will be notified)
7. Data Retention
- Active account data is retained for the duration of the account relationship
- Candidate data is retained for 2 years from the last active application, unless deletion is requested
- Video resumes are retained for the duration of the active job application, or until withdrawn
- Billing and contract records are retained for 7 years as required under Indian tax law
- You may request deletion of your data at any time (subject to legal retention obligations)
8. Your Rights
Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data (right to erasure)
- Withdraw consent at any time (for consent-based processing)
- Nominate a representative to exercise these rights on your behalf
