1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Highring platform ("Platform"), operated by Kulsys Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including Companies (clients), Vendors (recruitment partners), and Candidates (job applicants).

2. Platform Description

Highring is a recruitment management platform that enables:

• Companies to post job listings, manage candidates, and coordinate hiring workflows
• Vendors to submit candidates for open positions and track placement status
• Candidates to apply for jobs, upload resumes (including video resumes), and participate in interview processes

Highring acts as a technology intermediary and does not guarantee employment outcomes, placement results, or the accuracy of information provided by any party.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Highring reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must notify us immediately at info@highring.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Highring is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to protect your credentials.

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or discriminatory job listings
• Submit fake or fabricated candidate profiles
• Scrape, copy, or extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users of the Platform
• Use the Platform to solicit users for services outside of Highring without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and intellectual property on the Highring Platform are the exclusive property of Kulsys Technologies Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Payment & Billing

Fees for Highring services are as agreed in individual Company or Vendor agreements. Invoices are payable within the timeline specified in the respective agreement. Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is lower.

Highring reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform in the event of non-payment. Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by the terms of the individual agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Highring and Kulsys Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity
• Actions or omissions of Companies, Vendors, or Candidates on the Platform
• Any disruption or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues beyond our control

Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid by that user to Highring in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kulsys Technologies Private Limited, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

Highring reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or for any conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users or the Platform. Users may also deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting info@highring.in.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

The courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance.
